The Zoo Story is the first play by the legendary American playwright Edward Albee. Together with my team, I helped design characters, choreograph scenography and produce key visuals for Mamuka Tkemaladze's interpretation of the play.
Together with the stylist Tatiana Almond, we have assembled costumes and props for play’s two characters.
The key visual reveals a complex relationship between the two main characters. In a secluded corner of the Central park, a wealthy and law abiding middle class New York citizen meets a bothersome homeless man. What happens next goes from an unwanted confession to the swift and disturbing catharsis.
